This is an 18K yellow gold Blancpain Leman Automatic, 2100-1418-53.18k. It has a leather strap with an 18k yellow gold tang buckle.
The dial is white with applied gold roman numerals and baton index markers. It has luminous skeleton gold hands with a center sweep second hand, and baton index markers.
There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position. It has a 100-hour power reserve, and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet.
The Blancpain automatic self-winding caliber 1151 movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 29 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring.
Case Diameter: 38mm
Watch is in good overall condition with very minor signs of wear on the strap. There is a small nick on the crystal, to the left of the date aperture and minor scuffs and scratches on the back case.
