I purchased this purse along with 4 others from the family of an antique dealer from France.
The 18k gold Chainmaille mesh is delicately looped on a simple and elegant 18k frame. The snap closure is bezel set with two Cabochon Sapphires is in perfect condition.
The mesh links are lined in a slant and flair on the bottom so it can hold more change.
A round bail is secured on the frame so you can wear this Coin Purse as a pendant.Metal: 18kt Gold, acid tested, stamped 750
