Can a ring for sale on your website be resized?

Most of our rings can be resized but there are some exceptions. Please contact us to find out if the ring of your liking can be resized.

How many retail locations do you have?

We put all our energy into one location. This allows us to cut overhead costs and focus strictly on quality and service.

Do you sell customizable rings and engagement rings?

Yes, if you can think it, we can make it. We can make any design you show us. Just provide us with a photo of the design and all you have left to do is choose the diamond.

Can I sell my jewellery to Montreal Pawn?

Yes. We purchase jewellery from all over the world. Contact us and let us know what you are selling. We will ask you to provide photos of your item and a price you are looking to get. Once we agree on a price, we will provide you with a shipping label, or instruction on how to send your item to us and receive payment.

What are the four C’s and why is this important?

Carat (size), Color, Clarity and Cut. Every diamond is specifically graded and appraised on these features.

Will I be charged a sales tax for my order?

Only items shipped within Canada will be charged a sales tax

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer payment options to help you purchase the jewellery of your dreams. Contact us to find the payment plan suitable for you.

Is it secure to shop with Montreal Pawn?

Yes, we have been in the business for over 30 years and we have 100% positive feedback from our customers since we began selling online.  On top of that, as PayPal is used to process your payments, you are protected by their buyer protection policy.

What is the cost of shipping?

We provide fast and free shipping on all orders regardless of the destination or value of the item.

Will there be any additional shipping fees?

Duties are the buyer’s responsibility and vary depending on the location and the item. Please find out what these duties will be prior to buying.

What if my order gets lost during the shipment process?

We take every precaution to ensure your item arrives safely. We ensure all items at full value and require a signature confirmation.

Buyer Protection:

We are extremely confident that you will be happy with your item and the customer service we provide before and after your purchase. In addition, as we use PayPal or Credit/Debit Card as a payment method, they will be providing buyers with their buyer protection policy so you can go ahead and buy with confidence!

The PayPal Buyer Protection And authorize.net protects the Buyer if an item purchased has not been shipped (“Item Not Received” or “INR”) or if a shipped item is significantly not as described by the Seller (“SNAD”). As soon as the Buyer files a claim for PayPal and authorize.net Buyer Protection, PayPal will review the claim and may ask both buyer and the Seller to provide additional information to settle the case. When a Claim for PayPal and authorize.netBuyer Protection is successful PayPal and authorize.net grants the Buyer the full purchase price, including shipping costs. If the original payment was made in another currency than euros (EUR), the payout amount will be in that currency. In the event that we are obliged to make a refund to you under PayPal and authorize.net Buyer Protection for any reason, you agree to receive the refund by way of a funds transfer to your PayPal and authorize.net Account. If the original payment has been funded by credit card, the amount will be charged back to that credit card.
