If your item is not as described or damaged from the delivery process, you will be entitled to a refund once the item is returned to us. The claim must be made at most; one week after the item was received. We even offer free return shipping for most orders made in the U.S and Canada. When returning, please make sure to securely package the item and wait for instructions on how to return it. The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in. If the item is damaged or altered, it will not be accepted. Some items will include box, papers and/or other accessories, which must remain in the same condition as well.
